Because all our products are delivered digitally and instantly, we have a strict no-refund, no-exchange policy, except in very limited circumstances (outlined below).
We encourage you to review this policy carefully before purchasing.
1. Refunds
Refunds are not generally available for our digital products. Refund requests may only be considered in the following exceptional cases:
- You accidentally purchased a duplicate of the same item.
Refund requests will not be considered for:
- You (or your client) no longer need or want the purchased product.
- You found another product you prefer or simply changed your mind.
- You do not have the correct software required to use the product. (Software requirements are listed in each product description.)
- You purchased the wrong item by mistake and the files have already been downloaded.
- You believe the product is of low quality but have not contacted us for support.
- You’re unable to download the product due to internet issues, unstable connections, or insufficient storage.
- Technical issues caused by your internet, device, or download environment.
- You claim a technical issue but are unwilling or unable to provide evidence for troubleshooting.
- Your purchase was made more than 3 days ago.
If you meet the criteria for a refund, please contact us within 3 days of purchase at hello@thewanderfulwayfarer.com. We’ll review your request and respond promptly.
2. Exchanges
Due to the nature of digital products, we do not offer exchanges. Please check all product details carefully before completing your purchase.
3. Technical Issues
If you experience trouble downloading or using your product, contact hello@thewanderfulwayfarer.com with evidence (screenshots or error messages).
We’ll do our best to resolve genuine technical problems.
4. Chargebacks & Disputes
We are committed to providing a positive experience for all customers. If you have an issue with your purchase, please contact us first at hello@thewanderfulwayfarer.com. We’ll work quickly to resolve it.
Please note: initiating a chargeback or PayPal dispute without contacting us first may result in:
- Your account being permanently closed.
- Previously purchased products becoming unavailable for download.
- Recovery of fees or damages incurred due to the chargeback.
